What We Collect When you use GlamScan, we may collect the following: Personal Data You Provide Selfies and face images (to generate makeup looks) Images of makeup looks you want to replicate Email address or account login info (if you create an account) Device Access Camera access (only if you allow it) Device information (basic analytics for performance and security) We do not collect location, contacts, or payment data unless explicitly required to process a request. 2. How We Use Your Information We use your data strictly to make GlamScan work better for you: To generate and preview makeup looks on your selfie To suggest products and create personalized routines To improve app performance and troubleshoot bugs To respond to your support requests Your data is not sold or rented. We only use it to power the features you interact with. 3. Third-Party Services We may use secure, vetted third-party tools to: Process your selfies and generate AI results Provide analytics on app usage (e.g., crash reporting) These services are only permitted to use your data to support GlamScan and are contractually required to protect it. 4. Face Data Policy What We Collect: GlamScan uses your face image (selfie) solely for generating AI-powered makeup previews. No facial geometry, mesh, landmarks, or biometric identifiers are collected. How It’s Used: Your facial image is used in-session to produce a personalized preview. If you save or share the result, only the final image is retained. Facial data is not stored beyond what is necessary to support this core feature. Third-Party Sharing: Face data is never sold or shared with third parties. If a third-party processor is used to generate the look, the image is transmitted securely and discarded after use. Retention: Face data is retained only during the session unless the user explicitly saves a result. Users may delete any saved images at any time. Deleting your account removes all personal and facial image data permanently. Storage Location: Images may be temporarily processed on secure servers but are not retained beyond processing unless saved by the user. 5. Data Security We use encryption, secure servers, and technical safeguards to protect your data. While no method is 100% secure, we actively monitor and protect against unauthorized access. 6. Your Rights You control your data. Do-Not-Track (DNT) Chic AI does not currently respond to DNT browser signals due to the absence of a consistent industry standard. 8.
